    Hi

I would like to know how the manual steps to create a single iso of Windows PE 10.x 32/64 bit using only Windows ADK 10 v1511.

Logically this iso should work properly with the computers with the BIOS or UEFI firmware.

    Thanks

    Bye

It's the same process for any version of the ADK. Build your 32bit & 64bit winpe & edit the BCD for multiboot. Legacy/bios, set BCD to boot either 32 or 64bit. In UEFI, set it to boot 64bit only.
Have you searched the forums? Multi-boot samples are everywhere! Build a multi-bootable drive
