1.Install Unlocker 1.9.2

2.Open Create a System Repair Disc / Create disc - NOW OPEN %userprofile%\appdata\local\temp

3.Right click on the Disc Image File / Unlocker / Copy / Desktop / Save / OK / Quit - NOW CLOSE Create a System Repair Disc

4.NOW USE rufus-2.11p to make the bootable System Repair USB stick.
