    Make or find an icon you want to use for you HDD, External or USB drives and call it autofun.ico.
    Open a new notepad file and call it autorun.inf write this inside

    Code:
    [autorun]
    icon=autorun.ico
    Place both your .inf and your .ico files in the drive you want a custom icon.
    You dont have to do this but I make them system files so they wont be deleted by accident (hidden even when "show hidden files" is clicked)
    Type cmd in the Start search and hit enter, Type the letter of the drive you want a customised icon and hit enter eg: D:
    next type these two commands.

    Code:
    ATTRIB +s +h +r "autorun.inf"
    ATTRIB +s +h +r "autorun.ico"
