Create Server 2003 Enterprise OEM CD for older server?

    I have VLK versions of Server 2003 but I would like to make an OEM CD for an older server I have - a Dell Poweredge 2650 (dual Xeon 2.8GHz). I am pretty sure the BIOS doesn't have SLP2 or SLIC tables so where do I start?
    I have had a search but not really found anything about older hardware.

    If you have VLK why would you like SLP2 ?
    VLK is activate no ?

    VLK isn't mine and I am a bit nervous about using it in case it 'gets out'. I would prefer to use an OEM version.
