Creating 2 offline accounts

    Yes, you can create as many local accounts as you want and assign them whatever levels of access you want on LTSC (LTSC has the domain join option) or any orthe SKU. I'd stick with an Admin account and leave UAC enabled though if I were you.

    If you venture into using a simple xml answer file, it will produce exactly what you want without any nag screens during install.

    why? typically in linux they say to not be logged in as admin afaik

    • absolutely true, it's the same in Windows, ie to open new account or accounts, you must be in administrator privileges
    • what's more interesting (or much more interesting) is why do you want to put so many restrictions on yourself and not use your Microsoft account to sign in?
    • kui te kardate Windows telemetry, then know that Windows telemetry data is tied to your device and isn't associated with a Microsoft account.
