Hello I work for a charity called Jamie's Computer. we repair and refurbish IT equipment and all profit goes to the the Charity to help the homeless. I looking to create a Repair Booking in form for the ipad 2 so that our Techs can use rather than using paper. what is the best way to do this? i would need to to print and email the form to our email and the customers email. I am happy to send a copy of the form we use now as all i want to do is copy it to a digital form.
