    Hello there,
I want to create my own up-to-date 2019 LTSC ISO, so I found that guide from here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...b-17763-xxx-pc-rs5.77945/page-51#post-1467631 (Bottom of that post).

Right now I have two questions:
    1. do I need to use the Initial release version of LTSC (17763.1) for this updating process? because I found out a newer version of LTSC 2019 (17763.316). or can I use it?

    2. Do I need all of these packages for updating?

    SSU
    LCU
    UUP dump
    Flash
    Secure Boot DBX
    Dotnet48
    Dotnet48 LPs
    DotnetCU 3.5 & 4.8
    DotnetCU 3.5 & 4.7.2
    DU for Sources
    Defender updates

Enthousiast I want to know one last thing, can't we install these latest updates after post-installation Using the windows updater? if yes, then why peoples inject these updates manually? (before installation)

It's to save time after setup and to limit the chances of an update downloading painfully slow, failing to install and then going on in a daily loop for a month wasting bandwidth and processing power.
LTSB/LTSC in particular always suffered from slower online updates. These are also not commonly refreshed with a newer build.
19041/19042/19043 are more reliable these days, so it's usually enough to do a fresh install or an in-place upgrade with the base images, and then let windows update itself, but do it anyway if you have the time and bandwidth to spare for downloading/creating an updated usb / iso.

All info is readily available in the sticky threads as Enthousiast said. Also check the very first link in his signature
