Hello. I am getting notification in my windows 7 since many weeks about applying to upgrade Win7 to Win10. So, if I upgrade my Win7 to Win10 then can I create a Bootable Disc/Pendrive/ISO of the Windows 10 after the upgrade? Thanks
After the initial upgrade to Windows 10 you will be able to make a iso from the .esd and create whatever bootable media you want.
What is .esd ? and will it allow me to add only installation files to bootable media or it will add my whole personal stuff too? Thanks

You can go to recovery console and run tool from there to build bootable usb or just run recoverydrive.exe found in C:\Windows\System32.
This is kind of a headache as there are a couple of different bootable medias that can be created. If you create a bootable recovery media that includes all your personal files and settings after you upgrade, you might/may end up with the exact same thing as before you reinstalled using this recovery media. Pretty much as if you had used a disk imaging software form a third party company. You can also use the "Reset this PC" in the recovery tab to reset your OS to factory default while keeping your personal files. Best practice is, if you have an external HDD or a second drive backup your files on this drive, or you don't have that many (and not this big) personal files you can also save on a cloud service, just in case something goes wrong.
