    Hi All,
I have a 5 minute video car camera clip and want to show only the few seconds of action. A what I consider to be a near miss of somebody else missing me.

How do I do this on freeware such as Windows Media Player and Real?

    Cheers.

    Video Cutter - I should've known.
    So simple to think of.
Weeny's Video Cutter wasn't for me but I found Moo0 video cutter from Softpedia.com to be very handy and easier to use.

    Thank you all.

If you want to crop the 5 minutes video into 15 seconds, I suggest you have a try on Smartpixel, it is quite easy to cut and merge the videos. Just select the unwanted part on the timeline, then it will merge the rest clips together.

I usually use Xilisoft video editor to cut any videos.
    It's very easy to use.

If you have seen Hindi movies as I do, I also need a freeware to cut the song portion from an iso. Thus, maybe 3-4 non-adjacent sections of 5 mins each.
I store in iso but can also use mkv etc torrent files if required.

Windows Movie Maker is a good suggestion. I often use it to edit videos I downloaded.:D
