Customizing "Computer Name" tab in system properties

    Hello.

    I wondered if someone can help me with customizing the "Computer Name" tab in System properties window (sysdm.cpl) windows 7.

    I want to delete the "Network ID" and the "Change" button so the ability to change workgroup or domain will not be able from this window.

    Any body can help with tips ?
