Hello , has anyone noticed that despite showing 5/27/2015 today when you click and calendar pops up it will show wednesday may 27 , but if you see the calendar 27 is showing on Th (thursday) and so on...... all the days are moved 1 day in the name.

    Thanks!

I have a similar problem with time settings, in fact: Windows is to slow ...

A few days ago, I've let set the time via time.windows.com, but yesterday, windows was some hours too late again, so I've let set again via 'time.nist.gov' (as I can remember)

The first time, I've thought, that set the correct settings was forgotten by myself ...

My time is always two hours to fast. I set the correct time, but it only lasts till the next reboot

I would advise you do clean install. Possibly the API for the calendar has error or corrupted by one of the packages you installed on your system.

regarding builds indeed, much less time and not garbage collecting. Besides i don't believe upgrades from 8.1 or 7 are going to work by RTM time without problems and sooooo slow, maybe 10.1 if they move fast...
