DCOM and LSASS Exploits

    I Have been getting crazy DCOM and LSASS Exploits lately and I am tired to find a fix.

    I have tried most solution available on the internet but none of them worked for me.
    I have recently updated my windows 7 after those exploits but even those update didn't help me.

    I am using Avast Internet Security 5.0.677

    Any help would be really appreciated
