    It's the same just compare the Sha1 to see if it's untouched or not.

    but in the retail version of 11th, the windows help is english, so a need the 14th msnd iso.

    Online Help is english, but Offline Help is german.

    I installed Windows 7 RTM before the Localized ISO was available for download, so i made my own Localized ISO by integrating the Languagepack to the ISO, and my Offline Help is german!

    What do you mean with "both"? MSDN and Connect ISO is the same, just different File Names!
