Default browser mode with IE10?

    for the IE10 that comes with Win8, does anyone know how I might go about changing the default browser mode to IE9? thanks!

    On your IE10, go to Tools > F12 developer tools, click browser mode:IE10, then click IE9.

    What difference does it make by changing the Browser Mode?

    Some websites are not compatible with IE10. Just like what you had before, when hit Enter, it didn't go to the next line.

    Turn off IE10 at turn windows features on or off.

    Thanks for the info ODY123. So changing Browser Mode to IE9 will fix those issues?
