hi every one I'm new in windows server 2008 I have read that i can delegate the support of computers with Restricted Groups policies to the help desk Please I want to know if i add help desk to groupe administrator ,the help desk can log in my active Directory Thank you
You should be able to add the Helpdesk group to the Remote Desktop Users group, that should give them access to your AD via RDP

It all depends on what you would like them to have/not have access to. But yes, the Helpdesk group can usually change passwords, create new users and groups etc.
