Hello, I need to change the service tag in the BIOS in the DELL latitude 7280 laptop. I've tried tools like Service Live Image 2.2 and 3.0, but every time I try to type asset /s XXXXXXX in ASSET, I get the message "Please ensure the tag is in a correct format, and the SETUP password is disabled." Of course I have the BIOS password removed. I will add that I managed to add an Asset Tag, but that's not what I intended to do. I also tested the Dell.Bios.Reset utility but it only kept the message that it is not compatible with my device. What applications are now used to change the Service Tag on DELL laptops? I need to do the same with Latitude 7450. Please help
