    Please need help with Master Bios PW for Dell D 630 service tag 72Q85G1. Please really need this to update my OS.

    That's only partial service tag. In case it's 595B-series, parhaps this will help?:
    service tag: 72Q85G1-595B

    its 595B but he has latest bios that the password changed.
    needs to downgrade bios with recovery HDR method.
