Please help, I am 70 years young but I can't figure this out. I bought this used and all I can is a message saying, this system primary hdd protected by a password authentication system cannot access data without password .The number on the screen is B80DQGUGRVC-595, ON BOTTOM IT'S 2JT5CG1 BIOS A09 Can any one out there help me? If that doesn't work then you will need another hard drive and reinstall windows you will most likely find the product key underneith the laptop make sure if you take this route the key matches the disk or it will not activate
