    Does anyone have some tool to change ServiceTag on DELL Latitude 5300?
    I can contribute some $$ if needed.

    Did you try using asset.com utility to change service tag in DOS?

    PlatformConfig64.exe is probably the tool but it won't let you change the service tag unless you are inside Dell's manufacturing network.

    See my answer above. I posted a link to the tool in the BIOS Tools thread a while ago but as mentioned you can’t change your service tag with the tool unless you’re inside Dell’s network. You have to unlock some sort of manufacturing mode first.
