use E4300A06.exe to make LOLA06.HDR in CMD window drag and drop E4300A06.exe then add /writehdrfile with a space after .exe
    E4300A06.exe /writehdrfile
now the file E4300A06.hdr rename to LOLA06.HDR

put in USB, take battery and power cord out
    plug in usb.
hold END while u plug in power cord. press Power button.
if battery LED light blinks red/green it should be flashing.
if no success try same but hold END and POWER while plugin in power cord. try different USB ports. or different version BEFORE late 2009 when bios changed password hash.
4V50PJ1-1F5A should say 4V50PJ1-2A7B or 595B with older bios.

Weird...my E4300 went right into recovery with the END key. You don't even need to pull the battery out. Just plug the USB stick into the single USB connector on the right side. While holding the END key, plug in the power adapter...when the battery LED lights up orange, then release the END key. The fans should kick on the USB stick should flash while the recovery is reading the HDR file.

Not sure if it helps but the recovery name I used was a 7.3 formatted one...worked with the E4300 A23 & A24 BIOS'es.
    Ex: E4300XX.HDR

FWIW, I tried upgrading the Intel RAID OROM from v8.0 to v11.6 or v12.6, but it wouldn't boot (blinking cursor). It appears that OROM v10.1 is the largest OROM the E4300 can boot with.

i have tried what you describe but the led was flashing 1once in orange and once in blue?
    But it didn't work!
I also tried the newest bios that is installed A24 to generate the HDR File!
    It also didn't work!
