Dell E5500 Bios Password needed

    I work for a community college and a faculty member returned their laptop before retiring and had set a bios password.

    The Service Tag Number is: 4PF9P4J-2A7B

    I need the bios reset so I can reimage and deploy it to another faculty member. Any help would be appreciated

    if keyboard layout is QWERTY it works. if its DVORAK u need to use usb usa keyboard or find the same location for key on dvorak.
