    I have seen where you have helped others find BIOS Passwords.
    I have a Dell Laptop, Service tag 4701vp1-2a7b.
    When I start the Laptop and go into BIOS, it will not allow changes without first clicking on UnLock. At that point it asks for a password and my client does not remember it. I have verified ownership.
    It will not complete boot up because the OS is hosed and I need to reload. The DVD is not selected in the boot sequence and therefore not a bootable device.

    Can you help?

    I am computer tech, have been since the late 80's and own my own company, so I am not a newbie. Just have never had to mess with BIOS passwords before. I have tried bios-pw website to no avail.

    Thanks for the help, but I have already tried both the suggestions in the FAQ. That is how I found you guys. Thanks anyway, I figured you guys couldn't help anyway.
