Hello all, I am trying to use Phoenix Tool 214, and everytime i try to open the bios file provided by Dell i get an error message saying "Error: Invalid Command Line." "Please verify the program was executed properly" and "Failed to extract HDR file. (For Old Dell BIOSes ensure you have set the memory sizes to 640/16384/16384 in File Right click -> Properties)" I am using W7. Dell Bios file is E6320A17.exe downloaded from Dell official website. Any ideas? Cheers
