    Just use Microsoft User Assistive Upgrade Wizard and get free license. Forget OEM.... all this trouble... why bother. It works.....You have until 12/31/17. Do an in-place upgrade for the HWID activation.

    Does the Dell come with a Windows 7 Professional sticker with the license key? Are you entering that exact license key during Windows 10 installation?
