    i asked and didn't found help
    i'll try to tell you my problem
    i've dell inspiron 5565 with amd fx9800p apu which support 1866MHz ddr4 ram
    installed ram is 2400MHz
    bios reads speed of ram as 1866 but windows and testing softwares read it 1200 MHz
    i feel low performance and i think issue from ram
    please help
