dell insprion mini i cant repair windows from boot menu any help please

    hi guys!! i have a a problem in my dell inspiron mini, when i put on and click in F12 for boot menu (USB with windows xp booteable on) and select +USB storage after this i see in black screen witch a warning to say "Remove disks or other media. Press any key to restart" and I DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR THIS LAPTOP



    i try to repair this win XP, because when i turn on this laptop and is loading the windows make a blue screen error and restart automatically and do this again and again and again forever ...

    any can tell me whats is my error please let me know thank you!!

    did you set the USB as 1st boot device in bios, then HDD as 2nd ? this would allow to skip the F12 sequence
