Dell Latitude 7370 windows 10 Enterprise 10240 canoot update to 14393

    My company give me a Dell Latitude 7370 with windows 10 Enterprise 10240 installed.
    I tried to update without and with insider but no go I cannot get new version. Is this normal and there are no other enterprise version than 10240?
    When I try the tool to update it say there are 14393 but cannot update.
    I am Administrador but of course the computer is part of a business domain.
    Previously I had a Toshiba and I could update not easily but after few retries:g:
    Any idea?

    i mite have to demode and install it in stand alone mode then re join the domain.....

    I tried it---10240 to 14393 Enterprise...

    Or I think I may have changed some default features using NTLite...

    finaly update in sider but got last 14901 with watermark....
