    Hi everyone!

I have a Dell Latitude E6420 (with nVidia card).

I updated to A25. Bad idea!

Now every time the computer reboot it shut down.
In BIOS, pressing ctrl+alt+del : Shut Down
    From DOS : Shut down
    From Windows : Shut down
Putting in sleep mode : Shut down

Trying to go back to previous BIOS? Not working. Shut down on reboot. Flashing process don't start.
    I'm stuck with A25.

Anyway to force flash it to A25 or even the old version A16 I had ?

I suppose there is a way to flash the BIOS with a tool without rebooting? Bu I don't know how and what I need to do so.

    Thanks!

Hum… I don't understand what to do with that. Is it for "off-line" flashing with hardware tools directly connecter to BIOS chip?

For the "fast-boot", you mean the Windows option of the 3 options in the BIOS (Auto, On, Through) for the POST ?

    Dos USB Installation
Note: You must provide a bootable USB drive. This executable file does not create the DOS system files.
    1. Copy the downloaded file to a bootable USB drive.
    2. Power on the system and then Press the F12 key.
    3. Select USB Storage Device and boot to the DOS prompt.
    4. Run the file by typing following command. For example:
    C:\ Latitude_E6420_X.Y.Z.exe (try /forceit)
