    i have a probeme with my dell latitude e6510 password bios
    bios version A06
    service tag 8MGXN1
    systm number 8MGXN1-2a7b

    Your service tag is one digit short that's why it wouldn't work, you must have 7 digits even space or star do count.

    yeah you're right i misread the service tag .actually it is :
    bios version A06
    service tag:8MGLXN1-2A7B
    systm number: 8MGLXN1-2A7B
    plz help

    the passwords given is for old generation hash.
    newer than late 2009 = bad luck.. dell changed algorithm
    and the new generator isnt too public.. yet
