Dell Optiplex 7010 service tag

    I need to remove the Service Tag from my Dell Optiplex 7010.
    Is there a valid working tool that can do this ?

    I tested the iso from the thread "
    • Dell Bios Editing / Removing Bios Lock / Changing Service / Asset Tag Software Here"
    but when i give asset.com /d returns the message wrong Service tag or bios password.
    All the passwords (4) are disabled in bios.
    I tried the svstag.exe from the iso but it doesnt work either maybe because its old version :(
    Any ideas please?

    I tried svctag version 3.4 but i get the message This system is not supported by this utility (error 2)
    I also tried all asset.com /s /d i found but they cannnot erase the service tag.

    Any help please? is there a latest svctag version that works with Optiplex 7010?

    and why are you trying to remove a service tag? :rolleyes:
