    Hi there!;)

My Dell optiplex 780 DT shipped with windows 7 pro x86 installation and disc, it's activated and everything.

now i wanna clean install win7 sp1 ultimate x64 or x86 (i downloaded the MSDN editions)

-what can i do to keep my activation status!o_O

-can i copy & transfer my certificate or OEM folder (dell cert, oobe, and slp scripts) from my original disc and include them in the win7sp1 disc?

any help would be very appreciated!!!;)

You don't need to your original Dell windows 7 dvd already has $OEM$ folder it will pre-activate. As for windows sp1 easiest method would be to use Windows 7 DVD (Multi-Brand/Multi-Edition) Activation look at the videos on how to edit with PowerISO or UltraISO and only download from Link #1.

I think it will better if you install new windows7 which version you want.
