    when i turn on my laptop the screen showing like this "please type in the system or administrator password and press enter" :mad:

    the error screen has a code after 4WHXPP1-#### ??

    likely the bios is newer than the website password can handle. the date around when dell changed the password hash is late 2009.. yours is like a 2010/2011 laptop.

    the generator is for older laptops.

    A02 = 9/30/2010
    if its a supported version then you need QWERTY type keyboard.. not AZERTY
