DELL Studio One 1909 BIOS Recovery

    I can not extract rom-file from .exe ...

    Buddy of mine has the same model, Studio One 1909 bricked it trying to swing over to 08 (newest) had to send it in for repair.

    you are using wrong method to extract this is not a dell Pheonix bios it is AMI bios when you run the S019_A07.EXE DO NOT SELECT UPDATE but go to C:\Users\YOUR_NAME\AppData\Local\Temp if running windows 7 or user temp and you should find folder named _C34A.tmp copy that folder to desktop in the folder you will find file named 851D1P40.BIN that is your bios file once you have file go back and quit the bios update program. check out the AMI bios recovery Procedures Recovery-procedures
