I noticed that Dell tends to modify the install.wim. Do you have the idea of what the modification is (other than the additional languages)? Thank you for your answer.

the dell install.wim just has added local packs and localization done to winre.wim... nothing else is changed I have a dell sp0 pro disc here and I can attest to this boot.wim is also localized as far as the OEM folder is concerned, it is the same no matter the edition on the dell discs... I looked at a dell home premium disc before... everything was exactly the same as the pro one... dell does nothing to the manufacturer info stuff other than adding the logos and having "dell" as the manufacturer... no support info or model info is added the way dell adds the language packs is how I was able to learn to make a multi-language disc by this means which IMO is easier and quicker to do
