Just use daz loader and it has a feature to check for slic and install key and cert automatically and if no slic is present it will install loader so slic is there then enter key and cert

The SLP key you entered is correct. But it seems Home Basic can only be activated from a limited number of countries. From Wikipedia:

Windows 7 Home Basic is available in emerging markets such as Brazil, the People's Republic of China, Colombia, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Mexico, Russia, Thailand, and Turkey.[14] It is not available in first world countries including Western and Central Europe, North America, Hong Kong, Australia and Saudi Arabia.[14] Some Aero options are excluded along with several new features.[14] Home Basic, along with other editions sold in emerging markets, include geographical activation restriction, which requires users to activate Windows within a certain region or country.[15]

Your user info says you are in the USA but Home Basic can not be activated from the US.

    Thank You!

Thank You All for the Feedback I removed the ei.cfg file and loaded ultimate into the computer and used the 7 loader to make active. I like the disk because it loads the drivers (except the Audio) for me and will try to merge this disk with a different 32bit disk that I have to see if it makes a difference!

Merging with another disk wont make any difference the dell dvd is jus the same as any other windows 7 dvd exept dell logos wallpapers serial e.c.t have been added. If you just delete the $OEM$ folder and delete or edit the ei.cfg file you will have normal windows 7 dvd.

    Thank You

I have an original windows 7 upgrade disk that i bought before it was released for $50.00 form Microsoft, and this other Dell windows 7 32bit came from flea market in original package never opened. So I can make original disk by subtracting those files, Great,:D Thanks for the information!
