Dell XPS 400 Windows 7 Activation Problem

    I have the newer bios from Dell's website version A07, dunno if its slic 2.1 but NO LOADERS are working for me,

    I have a Dell XPS 400 pentium D, can some one shed some light if they have activated Windows 7 Ultimate Build 7600 ? and how they did it?
