hey guys,
im was just doing some research as to how difficult it would be putting windows 7 onto my dell xps 720 system.

just wondering how you guys find it,
and how it runs with windows 7. and drivers and all that..
so any opinions or anything will be appreciated.

also i dont really understand the moddified bios thing.
why would you have to modify the bios ?

andare their any specific things i have to do to get windows 7 working with all drivers on my system ?

you can use most of available driver on Dell website though, then perform the Windows Updates, it should help

bios modification is risky, however most our users experience positive result. why u use mod bios? because we can then offline activate windows 7. Of course, it's also required correct certificate and key

 

Right now I have an XPS M1530 and im trying to get some info on W7 as i use it.. hint hint..

okay so their are pre made bios mods out there?
cause i dont really want to hex edit and install a bios unless its already been tested..
