That iso is locked to professional I believe. You will need to remove the ei.cfg file. THis is easy to fix, no need to download another iso, just use ultraiso to remove ei.cfg.

Professional is what he was looking for and the hash matches professional.

Well I'm actually going to copy the contents out and then remove the ei.cfg file, because I'm going to boot it from USB. ;)

    THANKS

The original post doesn't say anything about professional, and in another thread I beleive he mentioned having premium and using that coa key to activate by phone.

Well that's the name of the iso I downloaded, but I'm going to remove the ei.cfg file as I mentioned.

I'm also going to use SLIC_ToolKit V3.2 and see about backing up my oem slp and using that instead of the coa... :)

    Please answer this!

Can you tell me if the file you downloaded from digital river is OEM or RETAIL???

I also downloaded this same file and before I go to f&2@ over my computer I need to know if this is OEM, as the key I purchased is OEM.

    Please reply thanks!!!

Thats not matter... u can use the OEM key on a retail installation and the type will be changed automatically or vice-versa... but it must be an OEM:NONSLP key.

I just add more info: a OEM:SLP key may work, along with correct cert and SLIC...
