TextCrawler provides an expression tester, batch processsing and library facility. It also features an interactive file list and highlighted search and replace results, including previewing. Fully Unicode compatible This program is gold. Very easy to use, and powerful. I would only add that the confirm dialog should be asynchronous so that the user can examine the results before issuing the confirm.

Thank you for the giveaway! I often have the issue of using wrong words in documents and replacing them one by one is difficult. I never used a tool like this but it looks very useful when you have to replace words in several documents.

I like following features of TextCrawler-1.Text extractor - rip text into a new file 2. Search and replace in the Windows clipboard 3. Fast searching, even on large files. TaskCanvas fav. features- 1. no tricky configuration required 2.Private - All data stored locally. No internet connection required, and nothing stored 'in the cloud'.

I'd love to try both office utilities/productivity software TextCrawler and TaskCanvas, as I've never encountered them before. It will save me time editing text files by searching and replacing words or phrases through its fast searching capabilities. At the same time I'll track my time in using programs, shows my activity levels and store its data locally. Lifetime license is too enticing especially for both programs, count me in!

Great thanks for this very nice giveaway! I really need a text finder application for using it on a daily basis as i work with lots of documents and i search and replace various words in my writing and composing activity. I need a software to export the text edited and a batch renamer and replacer. I would be happy to win these 2 softwares.
