    I am the developer, except that I have some posts on this forum (it takes 20) and I can not put links, or pictures ...

    No problem with that!
    On the right way, even with below 20 post's, you still could post Links and Pictures! For many limits are some work around's available!

    I know how to use a forum and tags, thanks....
    I just want to use it as everyone else, insert images, clickable links and unrestricted sections.
    I would expect to have 20 posts ...

    Added shortcut to wiaacmgr.exe, improved English translation, some interface modifications and bug fixes.
