Disable all speculation control mitigations (spectre and meltdown)

    The registry change is all inSpectre does and that's all you can do with windows. But that doesn't disable all mitigations. Some are already integrated into the cpu microcode or others are included in the applications themselves.
    To fully disable all mitigations, you would need to downgrade the cpu microcode (and have a old machine) and a linux distribution that allows you to rebuild all binaries.
