Hello, i am still running Build 7100 but timernuke v1.0.5.0 is not working even though running as admin with admin rights.

I am ordering window 7 professional as i need it legal but i need to wait a week and have to export a video which takes longer than 2hours, great! :)

Is there any solution to disable for build 7100? I didnt find anything after searching and searching and trying out.

    please help.

    Here's the answer:

    No.

It is impossible to stop that shutdown. No one has found a solution, and no one ever will. Give up now.

You had what... "only" 7 months to install RTM and with knowing RC expires in march (if you didnt know that, next time dont even touch betas)... i guess you must be very very busy man.

I must agree with this. No one will find "solution" for this, because it is not important and usable.

Just change your date to before March 1, 2010.

That is not practical, because very time that PC is on the Internet, the time will be updated.

OP want to use his PC/laptop more than 2 hours before he legally get Win7 in next week.
I just suggest the easiest, fastest, safest solution to him.

FreeStyler is correct, better to just upgrade to RTM than to mess with the time sync. Upgrade is automatic.

Agree, but it would be possible to eliminate the END_OF_NT_EVALUATION_PERIOD bsod by patching ntoskrnl!KeBugCheckEx. If u ask me it's not worth the work.

Why would anyone be still using the RC though? I know the idea because the perchanced product comes in a week but why not install the RTM and just use the grace period til your product arives, then just input the serial like mentioned above? The RC is pretty buggy compared to the final version so it is worth it to upgrade to the RTM before you get the product just make sure that you install the same edition that you bought so you can simply add the product key without using windows anytime upgrade or anything like that.

Simple= update to RTM....IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THE RTM DVD (or DL it), BUT CANNOT UPGRADE FROM WINDOWS 7 RC1, DO THE FOLLOWING:

1-Open the ISO file using poweriso/magiciso or similar.
    2-Open the sources folder
    3-Drag cversion.ini to your desktop
    4-Open cversion.ini from your desktop
    5-Change MinClient=7233.0 to MinClient=7000.0
6-Save and close the file, and then drag it back into your ISO window. When asked if you want to overwrite, click yes.
7-Save your ISO, mount/burn it and enjoy your upgrade :D

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

Disable Win 7 RC auto shut down after March 1

Actually it's very simple. That is assuming you don't mind having an incorrect date displayed in your emails and whatever.

Simply set your clock to any date prior to March 1, 2010.

This will get you by perfectly until you're ready to buy the RTM version.

Simple...just set ur computer's clock to any date prior to March 1, 2010. Your dates will be wrong on emails and such, but if you don't mind that...it works perfectly.
