Disable Windows Update except wDefender and drivers for new devices

    What's the best way to completely block, disable Windows Update for Windows, and Office but keep getting updates for Windows Defender and drivers for new, as in - connected for the first time, devices f.i. USB headset, web camera, Android fastboot, etc?
