If you previously worked with the same version of Chrome, it's quite likely that something is corrupted in the user's profile folder or just needs to be cleaned or updated.
To get started, you might want to try deleting such folders from your User Data folder:
folders: Cache, Code Cache, blob_storage, Service Worker (no backup required)
and files: Cookies, all files ending in -journal (such as Cookies-journal, etc.), all files ending in .ldb and .old
You can make backup copies of your cookies if you think it might be necessary.
If that doesn't help, it's a good idea to try a completely new User Data folder. But before try turn off all extensions one-by-one. Sometimes some extensions may be changed so that they block some scripts.

Hi kaljukass, thanks for replying, I tried with new Chrome user profile, I tried without no extensions, I even formatted my PC 10 days ago, but it was still same and nothing helped.

Discord Server icons show for you in Chrome 49 or are disappeared also?

Thanks for testing this kaljukass, I really appreciate it.

I know this is a wishful thinking but do you think we can import some file or something from Firefox 52 into Chrome 49 and make the icons show in Chrome 49 also?

I don't think that's possible. Chrome is well packaged and the code is encrypted and even the slightest change is quite impossible.
Maybe there's a Chromium-based browser that still has XP support, it helps. I have nothing to suggest, but there are many of these Chromium-based browsers.

    I see, OK thanks.

Is it possible to download and install a Discord Certificate and try if that would change anything?
