Hello! I started this threat to discuss and ask you all to discuss about features needed in Windows 10. 1. MIPS, OpenPOWER, SPARC,... cpu support. Processors which 100% supports linux. 2. Possibility to install Windows on very old hardware like linux now supports it. 3. Possibility to install on all Android based hardware where lots of hardware contains out of date Android OS. Companies don't provide no more updates. ... 5. Possibility to install Windows where is now installable Linux. Any other ideas?
If this is dublicate thread sorry, but there in mydigitallife is so many unneeded threads. We need sometimes to put up questions again because there are very important things to be discussed!
True as the importancy of starting a new threat as we have discussion threads about new builds why not post there
This discussion is about functions super important. We need to discuss less about every new build but discuss about things where Windows is less strong than Linux and things which we can ask MS about Windows. There are lots of places where Windows is weak.
It will get buried never to be seen again. In regards to original post - #3 would be nice, but it's an impossible task. Installed the latest TP10 on my Lumia 520 (dual core, 1 GHz processor, but only 512 MB RAM) and it's very slow, laggy and unusable at this point. Older Android hardware will have less resources than today's low priced Lumias, so supporting the older devices is a nightmare. Edit: rolled the phone to WP 8.1 and all is well again. Will wait for later builds to see how they run on less capable devices. Although got to say the installation, including the required partition stitching, was perfect, no glitches at all.
