    You mean the media player i guess, nope i don't use it, my multimedia software needed are FFMPEG (cli),Asunder, Audacity, Ciano, Clipgrab, k3b, Vlc, SoundConverter, SimpleScreenRecorder.

    my bad, yes i meant parole the media player.

    i prefer mpv as my default media player on debian but since the debian 10.9 xfce cd installation came with parole i decided to stick with it.

    am encountering an issue with parole so i thought i will ask you to check if it is the same with you before i report it as a bug on launchpad.

    no worries.

    b.t.w. are you doing an net / online install for your debian xfce?

    Here are some advices:
    • Try to be elaborate as much as possible when you post. You can tag the target user's name using the "@" character, or even quote a previous message as a context. Otherwise the post is hard to interpret and can be considered as gibberish/spam.
    • Don't create a series of posts on the same topic. You can always edit the initial post and add subsequent progress reports and/or additional contents.
    • It isn't desirable to randomly edit an old post and mark it as "testing" or "Curiousity". Such a practice is not at all helpful for other users who come to the thread and ultimately spoils the flow of public discussion.
