It's out but you don't want it. It's timebombed. Every release since October 2020 they have been adding code to stop Flash from working in Jan 2021. A few days from now. Firefox has disabled Flash in their latest versions.
With the IE version it is even stranger lol. The move plays for a few seconds, then an error pops up “This Flash Player plugin is not compatible with the current region. Install Adobe Flash Player again.”:
@billmcct do the videos play for you after update? do you still have your FlashInstall32.log / FlashInstall64.log?
Stop using flash, it's security structure was garbage from day one and zero days will pop up any day now and Adobe won't fix them
I recall someone (iirc @abbodi1406 ) saying that MS provided a detection for an Adobe-provided flash in a late Windows update; does anyone know anything about this?
It's surprisingly simple to patch out the timebomb on 32.0.0.465. One byte for the ActiveX OCX, and two bytes each for the NPAPI/PPAPI versions. It seems that Flash player contains an allow/deny list, and all the timebomb does is put every site onto the deny list after a certain date. And then show that 'i' graphic.
