    Unknown at this time. Remember this is a Partners Build, not an Insider Build and may or may not be the Build released to Insiders after 6 Oct.

    add insider preview to the damn title. every build which is insider build should thous be called so to not confuse people.

    It looks like the Messaging app is limited to Skype contacts
