Was under the impression that this (MAS) could only be referenced here without links,
as it supports activation methods not supported on this Forum...

Even @Enthousiast clearly states in his Signature, to Gogle it, if further info is required

Activators will just need to install the final licenses and keys when it's available, nothing else is required.

I think you can install it without any problem but you have to pay attention that this is a preview build, so it may have some bugs, and most important dont use it for your productivity work.

No. You have a same risk as you install any Office (2013/16/19/21).

Just ask Microsoft if they can screw it up and make a major bug that destroys something in the system. They can, but they will never admit it. Third-party utilities only use undocumented access features from Microsoft, so the risk of screwing up third-party utilities is the same for any product (title).
At the moment, the test channels are quite stable, but what happens next depends only on Microsoft developers. If with public beta channels you can count on product support, then with non-public channels and products you rely only on yourself. You didn't get exclusive access to such a product and a special support channel from Microsoft.
Less often, but by analogy with Windows, bugs have a non-illusory chance to move from the test branch to the stable one. This means that they are less obvious and not noticed by a narrower circle of users. That's why there is a delayed transition of versions from channel to channel, including channels with delayed release of versions.

So the answer is universal for any program. Whether it's having a test version for users or the developer/team testing it themselves.

    Hello.

What are the advantages of Office 2024 over Office 365?
    Different tools or functions?

I mean if we download the whole Office 365 and use it offline.

See end of very first post:
"Just FYI, Office 365 has most features, not 2024"

My acquaintance was short. The ability to use single line ribbon was lost, so I “switched” the license back, and the panel changed without manually changing the settings.
Keep in mind that these are only “first steps”, so the list of functions to activate may not be defined. Obviously, they will include some functions after the 2021 release that are in 365, but some will not be included to promote subscriptions.

During the week, we did not receive any obvious comparisons with the 2021 edition, because it is more profitable for pirates to emulate a subscription than a one-time license (ohook, mondo). This also includes indirect testers with unofficial activation. There is no point in studying anything for other users, the main thing for them is that it works, and there are not many functions to search for (several buttons, copylots, python formulas, and the like). The inconvenience here is that each function needs to be studied through a bunch of help pages for connections with various products. It's a hassle, and there's no single comparison table for all Microsoft 365 features. It’s not a fact that even Microsoft employees will be able to list them thoroughly.
If you provide links to the required features from Microsoft 365 on the learn.microsoft_com help site, then maybe someone will see if it is available.
