I am having a lot of trouble trying to get a 18363.476 image for a repair.

I have used uupdump for both:
    Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 (18363.476) amd64 x64 1ceda46e-a4ab-4167-9a4e-11bef37758ec
    and
    Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 (18363.476) amd64 x64 6fb70691-9404-46be-9adf-edc76948353d

I choose convert mode & integrate updates as directed here. Both give me an ISO with the correct name eg.
    18363.476.191106-2043.19H2_RELEASE_SVC_PROD1_CLIENTMULTI_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO

However DISM shows the image version is 18362 so it doesn't work for the repair.

    Code:
Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.18362.1

    Details for image : install.wim

    Index : 4
    Name : Windows 10 Pro N
    Description : Windows 10 Pro N
    Size : 14,068,702,753 bytes
    WIM Bootable : No
    Architecture : x64
    Hal : <undefined>
    Version : 10.0.18362
    ServicePack Build : 476
    ServicePack Level : 0

    Installation : Client

Thanks for your reply but I had already read that post.

My image contains the Enablement package:
    Code:
    Package Identity : Package_for_KB4517245~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.5
    State : Installed
    Release Type : Update
    Install Time : 11/01/2020 9:22 AM

And interestingly when mounted get-packages shows the image version as 18363:
    Code:
    Image Version: 10.0.18363.476
However dism thinks the image is still 18362:
    Code:
    dism /get-wiminfo /wimfile:install.wim /index:3

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.18362.1

    Details for image : install.wim

    Index : 3
    Name : Windows 10 Pro
    Description : Windows 10 Pro
    Size : 14,890,299,530 bytes
    WIM Bootable : No
    Architecture : x64
    Hal : <undefined>
    Version : 10.0.18362
    ServicePack Build : 476
    ServicePack Level : 0

    The operation completed successfully.
Because of the version mismatch dism is not letting me use the wim as a source for a repair (/restorehealth) on a previous install.

1909 is fake and registry only, all still is 18362.

Only if the previous install is the same build, it will work.

What build install did you try to repair with what build iso?

I was trying to repair an old install that had upgraded itself to 18363.476 through WU and was working fine for a few weeks before getting stuck at the spinning dots.

I ended up using DISM to remove the enablement update from the old install and then tried the /restorehealth again. It worked fine, except for a couple of Defender files (related to out of band Defender updates).

Rollback and System Restore both failed also. Machine still won't boot :-(

    What is that "aria2_download_linux.sh" ? instead of "aria2_download_windows" ?

No, it's a shell script to download UUP file sets and compile a Windows installation ISO using a *nix system. It does pretty much what the cmd file on Windows does, with some limitations in functionality.

Anyone else having an error reaching uupdump.ml? From firefox it says Secure Connection Failed, and from Chrome it says This site can't be reached, the connection was reset.

I'm not having trouble reaching this site with firefox. However, I am seeing a curious 18363.628 update posted there, that I did not see earlier.
